Service Description
1-Hour Personal Training session with Heather. Workouts will vary depending on client's goals, fitness level, likes and dislikes and preferred exercises. This may consist of strength training using free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, cables, battle ropes, TRX, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises
