There are so many brands on the market, but I recommend this one as the set includes extra light and light bands for corrective exercise work, medium bands for in between, and heavy and extra heavy bands for legs and glute exercises.
Multi-purpose set for your regular workouts at your home gym as well as an easy item to pack when you’re traveling. There is the standard strap for attaching to overhead and vertical items or the optional door mount
I also recommend this one as the set includes two lighter bands for upper body exercises that require minimal resistance, medium bands for in between movements, and then heavy duty bands for hardcore work.
This one is a pelvis saver if you’re moving any volume of weight around. That barbell doesn’t feel good on your hips. The thick padding goes on and off the barbell quickly and doesn’t take up too much space in a gym bag.
These bands hold up to the test of time and repeated use. Buy yellow for shoulder and tricep work, green for biceps, blue and red for chest and back movements, and purple for when you’re feeling particularly strong.
Pull up straps can be wrapped around the ankle, but it doesn’t feel the greatest. Ouch! These are a game changer so you can focus on the exercise and muscle contraction, not pinched skin from a band!
