Putting It All Together

EXERCISE.
Strength Training.  Yoga. Cardio.
The styles can differ but there should be mix of weight bearing movements, flexibility work and movement to get your heart rate elevated.  Make it fun and chase those endorphins!

NUTRITION.
Nutrition and supplementation is just as important.  A healthy diet of real foods rich in nutrients, micronutrients and vitamins.  Nutrient timing is optimized to fuel workouts and allow for quick recovery.  This isn't a diet but a long term healthy way of living.  Yes, you'll look better, but more importantly you'll feel better and will be healthier. 
 
HYDRATION.
Drink your water.  10% of your bodyweight in cups daily.  Hydrate! 

STRESS MANAGEMENT. 
Meditation.  Positive visualizations.  Cortisol is not your friend.  I'll help you deal with ways of dealing with your stress so it's not an obstacle on the path to a new you.

SLEEP HYGIENE.
Getting more sleep.  Getting better sleep.  Let's examine your sleep and let me help you improve it so you truly reap the benefits of all your hard work.

REDUCING TOXINS EXPOSURE.
Eliminating chemicals, hormones, artificial flavors and dyes from your pantry and diet.  Learning how to read labels and shop to only bring safe products into your home. Removing obesogens from your beauty products, cleaning products and household.  It can seem daunting at first but is manageable when I guide you through the entire process.

GOAL SETTING / MANIFESTING.
Organize.  Condense. Prioritize.
